KA24DET how to Degree Cams (vid 4) exhaust cam.

By admin On January 26, 2012 Under Complete2Compete

note: video three was corrputed, and basically what you want to do is preload your dial indicator on the bucket/shim of each cam, making sure it doesn’t contact the cam lobe and throw off the numbers. I am currently trying to get vid 3 up and running, being it explains in better what this is about. Note: every car will have different numbers, I will be chaning these numbers, but its easy once you know the starting point. Then you can easily make adjustments by turning cams. Then double check after.
