Kent State University and Ohio University have formed a partnership Adult college graduates – Complete to Compete adult education and career developmentto help adults in Eastern Ohio finish college degrees and gain valuable career skills. Complete to Compete is designed for adults that have some college coursework but no degree. According to the universities’ research, nearly 450,000 people in Eastern Ohio’s 33 counties could take advantage of this program. The partnership gives adult learners flexibility by offering instruction online and in-person through the universities’ network of 14 campuses, stretching from Ashtabula County in the northeast to Lawrence County in the south.
